Important Forms & Information

Information for exhibiting at TETC 2012 will be available no later than May 15.

Payments: Payment may be made by check or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).  Checks should be made payable to the State of Tennessee and mailed in with a copy of your exhibit application.  Credit card payments must be made by calling the exhibit coordinator AFTER you have submitted your exhibit application.  Please note: credit card payments will have a 2.5% processing fee added to the total.

This year's exhibition will be held in the Center & West Exhibit Hall of the Nashville Convention CenterExit TDOE website

Bronze Package - $800
Silver Package - $1,450
Gold Package - $2,700

*Special rates available for qualifying non-profit vendors.  Call (615) 532-2491 for more information.

**Booths purchased after the deadline will have an additional $100 late fee added.

Thursday, November 29, 2012
10:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Dedicated time:
12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
3:45 p.m. - 4:15 p.m.
