Each LEA NOT scheduled for on-site monitoring are to complete a Self-Assessment of the same monitoring items.  The Self-Assessment document is due to your assigned NCLB consultant no later than May 1^st so a review can take place and the field on the status page can be changed to green.  The NCLB consultant will notify the Nashville office when this document has been received.  If you have any questions about your status on this page, please contact your assigned NCLB consultant.
