FREQUENCY OF MEETINGS
The Civil Service Commission´s enabling statute requires the Commission to meet "at least once every three (3) months and at such other times as may be specified by call of the chair." Tenn. Code Ann. § 8-30-107. Pursuant to this statute, the Civil Service Commission meets at least quarterly. The Commission posts the date and place of its meetings in the Legislative Plaza and on this website at least two weeks in advance of each meeting. The meetings are open to the public.
