NOTICE: On Monday, Jan 7th a phone cable was damaged by a contractor working on a construction project near the Clover Bottom Campus. It is our understanding that several homes and businesses in our area are without service. The only building on our campus that has been affected is the Stamps building. Unfortunately, that is the building that houses most of the regional office staff. We have no phone or fax service to and from that building.
Until the problem is resolved and service restored, anyone needing a regional office employee should try their number and if a persistent busy signal is heard, please call the CBDC operator at 615-231-5000. The operator has a current cell phone and e-mail listing, and will contact the staff person that is being called, as well as that person’s supervisor and the secretary in that department by email. Staff have been instructed to promptly return these forwarded messages.
Email service has not been affected and cell phones are working.
