There are two versions of the Provider Manual; one is titled Navigate and the other Key Word Search and Print. The Navigate Version allows you to travel and view throughout the manual. The Key Word Search and Print version allows you to find a specific location and also print the entire manual at once.

The Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (DIDD) Provider Manual (Chapter 6.7) states that all board chairs must attend New Provider Orientation or view a DIDD orientation videotape presentation within ninety calendar days of assuming office. Agency board chairs who are not able to attend the New Provider Orientation Class provided at the DIDD Central Office in Nashville, TN may still meet the board chair orientation requirements by reviewing the web-based New Provider Orientation materials prepared by DIDD.
