As President of the Tennessee Chapter of the National Association for the Dually Diagnosed (TN-NADD), I invite you to participate in our Annual Conference: Transitions: The Good, The Bad, The Effective. This year's program is the most diverse of any of our annual conferences to date. Our expert presenters explore the multiple dimensions of transitions, including the psychological changes that people and their families encounter across developmental stages, the challenges faced by persons as they transition from one support system to another and the realities of services that are downsizing.
Established in 1988, TN-NADD is dedicated to the advancement of mental wellness for persons with developmental disabilities through the promotion of excellence in mental health care. Confirmations of registration are sent via email within seven days of receipt in our office. If you have not received a confirmation within ten days of the program, please call our office at (615) 564-4004 to verify registration. Cancellations received at least five working days before the seminar are refundable less a $40 administrative charge per registrant. There is no refund for cancellations received later. Please note that if you register and do not attend, you are still liable for full payment. Substitutions may be made any time. The expense of continuing education, when taken to maintain and improve professional skills, may be tax deductible. Please contact your accountant for complete details. If you do not receive the professional or business benefits described in our literature, or have some other professional complaint, please let us know in writing within seven days.
