Director of Incident Management

Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (DIDD)
DIDD is seeking a Director of Incident Management for the Protection from Harm Division. This Director position oversees the incident management system and lends oversight to the Incident and Investigation Database System; will analyze data and formulate recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of existing systems.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Behavior Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Performance or related field
Experience: managing others and has experience in culture-shaping and culture building initiatives; possess excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; project management skills; working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and knowledge of state service delivery systems is preferred but not required
