Who is Eligible for Services?

The AT Clinics and Custom Fabrication Shops serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who have significant skeletal asymmetries and muscle tone abnormalities and are either:

  • Enrolled in a Medicaid Home and Community Based Services or Self-Determination Waiver;
  • Reside at an Intermediate Care Facility for the Intellectually Disabled (ICF ID)
