The Tennessee Community Resource Board (TCRB) is composed of seventeen (17) volunteer board members. These members work in conjunction with the Tennessee Department of Correction and the Board of Parole to develop community based resources and recruit volunteers to assist parolees, probationers, and inmates to become productive, law-abiding citizens as they transition back into society.
Per Tennessee Code Annotated (TCA), the speakers of the House of Representatives and the Senate each appoint a member to serve on the TCRB. The remaining 15 members are appointed from each grand division of the state.
The TCRB is scheduled to meet each quarter. The next meeting will be held on Friday, April 21, 2017 at the Riverbend Maximum Security Institution (Muster Room) from 9 a.m. until 11 p.m.
