State Funding Board Letter to the Governor and Speakers
RE: Revenue Estimates and Estimates of Net Lottery Proceeds
Attached is the letter from the State Funding Board to the Governor and the Speakers of both Houses of the General Assembly advising them of the estimated growth in tax revenues for both fiscal year 2008-2009 and 2009-2010. The letter also includes estimates of the range of net lottery proceeds available to fund scholarships and other programs related to education during the same time period.
