This course concentrates on construction and inspection requirements, techniques
and procedures and the technical knowledge needed to assure minimum
requirements for the installation of concrete or masonry components are met.
Additional concentration on soil properties, special soil conditions, footings,
foundation walls, and retaining walls of both residential and commercial
applications is also included.
