AIRBORNE HEALTH, INC., doing business as AIRBORNE and AIRBORNE, INC., formerly doing business as KNIGHT-MCDOWELL LABS, AIRBORNE HOLDINGS, INC., VICTORIA KNIGHT-MCDOWELL, and THOMAS JOHN MCDOWELL

This company allegedly failed to substantiate health claims associated with their line of dietary supplements in violation of the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act.  This was a multistate case led by Tennessee.
