All Grant Management Forms (PDF File) need to be saved to your computer's hard drive first.

MAC users:
If "Preview" is opening the PDF document, highlight the file by cliking on it once. Open "FInder" and pull down the file menu. Highlight “Get Info”, this will open a menu. Select “Open With” then choose "Adobe Reader".
